An underaged girl has been accused of murder after an old man was discovered lifeless after sustaining severe injuries.
The old man known as Bhim Kohli, aged 80 was aggressively attacked whilst strolling with his dog in Franklin Park, Braunstone Town, Leicestershire in the UK.
The incident is reported to have occurred on September 2.
The lady who is reportedly 12 years old and other children aged 12 and 14 had earlier been picked up by the police after being suspected of murder.
An investigation coupled with a hearing was launched at Leicester Coroner’s Court last month.
The Sun UK reports that a 15-year-old boy charged with murder will go to court.
Residents in the area described Bhim Kohli as a meek and friendly man who was family-oriented and was always seen walking alongside his pet, Rocky.
