The woman who received backlash over Christmas-themed photos of her family including her stepchild went viral and broke the silence.

As we reported earlier, one single image sparked public outrage on social media this year representing the extreme end of the endearing Christmas tradition of a united family bonding and love.

The image featured the step-grandchild standing at the end in last year’s frayed pair of pyjamas while the biological grandchildren were all wearing brand-new vibrantly coloured ones.

Well, the woman whose name we are yet to obtain has spoken up and she makes a defence of her action.

According to an X user Lashy Bills, the woman said including her stepchild was not part of the plan so she didn’t prepare for him.

She wrote;

“His daddy couldn’t find any and we already had our pjs and I also said I didn’t feel comfortable with him not matching but it was tooo late because our shoot was literally mins away & i DEFINITELY didn’t know he was going to be in our pictures”
