“She never disrespected or looked down on me because she was giving me money when I was broke” – Ex-Barcelona star, Samuel Eto’o praises wife

Retired Cameroonian footballer, Samuel Eto’o has eulogized his beloved wife, Georgette as their marriage continues to grow stronger.

Samuel Eto’o, just like most African footballers was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

This means he had to struggle as he navigated through life to make ends meet, survive and become somebody in society.

He has had a successful football career having played for Inter Milan, Barcelona, and Chelsea among others.

According to 237 Palava in a post made on Facebook, Samuel praised his wife for being there for him.

He recounted how his wife, Georgette gave him money continuously at the time their relationship started when he was broke.

He indicated that despite the financial support Georgette gave him, she didn’t let the world know about it and that did not inflate her ego to look down on him.

Samuel Eto’o appreciated Georgette as he described her as an angel sent from heaven on earth.

“I met my wife when I had nothing this woman stood for me , she was a business owner in France. Despite supporting me financially she never looked down on me or disrespected me because she was the one helping Me at the time.

The best part of it is that she never mentioned it to anyone or become entitled for doing that. My wife Georgette is an angel from heaven” he wrote.
