A man known as “Prayer” has been accused of impregnating his 13-year-old biological daughter in Ediba Community, Abi Local Government Area of Cross River State.

Journalist and activist Agba Jalingo revealed that the community reportedly fined the man ₦150,000 and ordered him to marry the girl as a form of punishment for the act.

According to a report shared by user @PH_Socials on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the clergyman was discovered in the act, reportedly already on top of the woman when he was caught.

Video footage from the scene shows the moment the pastor was confronted by a group of individuals. The confrontation quickly turned physical as he was seen being scolded and assaulted by those present.
