“This is the hallmark of genuine servant leadership a leader who serves not just the people but also his team. It’s not for show; it’s an inbuilt character. Obidients, let’s stay focused. PO is coming. A New Nigeria is Possible.”

The video shows Obi handing food to Tanko, activist Aisha Yesufu, and several others in a room.

This comes shortly after Obi was spotted distributing meals at a charity event in Imo State, an act that sparked mixed reactions online. While some Nigerians criticized the gesture, Obi clarified that his actions were not political but motivated by humanitarian concern.

He emphasized that true leadership is founded on humility and service, lamenting that genuine acts of kindness are often misinterpreted by those with political motives. Obi further urged Nigerians to embrace a culture of consistent compassion rather than treating charity as a performance.
