
The Kano State Hospitals Management Board has announced urgent job openings for biomedical engineers to operate oxygen plants in Wudil and Bichi Local Government Areas.
In a statement signed by the Board’s Public Relations Officer, Samira Suleiman, the recruitment is strictly limited to indigenes of the two LGAs where the oxygen plants are located.
“The Kano State Hospitals Management Board invites applications for the immediate employment of Biomedical Engineers to operate the oxygen plants located at Wudil and Bichi,” the statement reads.
To qualify, applicants must hold a degree or relevant qualification in biomedical engineering and be indigenes of either Wudil or Bichi.
Samira emphasized that the recruitment will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. “Positions are available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis,” she said, urging interested individuals to act promptly.
She added that selected candidates will undergo intensive training to enable them to manage and operate the oxygen facilities effectively.
“Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage and operate the oxygen plants,” the statement added.
Residents of Wudil and Bichi with the required qualifications have been encouraged to apply without delay.
