A Nigerian man has deported his wife from the UK.
It was gathered that the man reportedly sent his wife packing back to Nigeria after enduring months of alleged verbal and physical abuse.
The man who works as a carer, had travelled to Nigeria to marry his wife traditionally and legally before bringing her over to the UK.
But shortly after her arrival, things allegedly took a shocking turn.
The wife was said to have mocked her husband’s job as a “dirty care work” and threatened to call the police on him over minor issues. She reportedly insulted and physically assaulted him on several occasions, despite not working or contributing financially to the household.
After repeated complaints to her family yielded no meaningful change, the man decided to end the marriage. He filed for divorce, removed her from his Certificate of Sponsorship (COS), and reported the issues to relevant authorities.
The woman was eventually deported, and now she’s reportedly begging to be taken back — a plea her ex-husband is said to have ignored.
