Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface has insisted that Europe is boring.
Boniface said that he would accept the chance to drive six hours every day from Nigeria to train in Germany, just to escape the boring lifestyle of Europe.
The Nigeria international stated this during the latest edition of The Culture League Podcast, a show he created with Super Eagles teammates Wilfred Ndidi and Raphael Onyedika.
Anchored by popular video jockey and TV presenter Adams Adebola, also known as VJ Adams, the three players spoke about lifestyle in Nigeria and Europe.
“If Nigeria is like a six-hour drive to Germany, I would stay here [Nigeria] and drive every morning to train and play in Germany. Europe is boring,” Boniface said.
Boniface joined Bayer Leverkusen from Union SG in 2023.
