A Nigerian jurist, Charles Omole has lashed out at the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Management, Festus Keyamo.

This comes after the accused Ibom Air passenger, Comfort Emmanson was placed on an indefinite flight ban both local and international by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

In a post on X, Omole argued that neither an airline nor the Ministry of Aviation can lawfully impose an indefinite flight ban on a Nigerian citizen without a valid law and due process.
