Nollywood actress and media personality Bimpe Akintunde, fondly known as Wasila Coded, has shared the story of her second delivery and it is nothing short of miraculous.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, the actress shared that exactly four weeks ago, she faced her “most sacred dream” which is the delivery room. She detailed how her pregnancy was marked by low blood pressure and multiple emergency hospital visits.
Bimpe revealed that since January, she battled chronic low BP, even collapsing on set in February while filming The Return of Sambala in Ikorodu. Despite at least six emergency treatments during her pregnancy, she kept working, praying, and holding on to faith.

She recalled that on Thursday, July 17, she drove herself to her clinic for a routine check-up. By the next morning, her doctor told her to head to the delivery room. She recounted:
“Aya mi ja (my heart skipped).
“I just started playing the song Omo Oba Ma Beru. I went to use the rest room, I see say water break, I called doctor, she said
‘NO!!! that’s too fast, nah, so we beging o, contraction no be anybody mate 000o, I kept praying, singing, dance, when I begin pinch my doctor I no know!!”
In less than three hours, she delivered her “precious gift from God” naturally, with no complications. This joyous moment comes nearly a decade after her last childbirth. She concluded her post:
“Behold my Lovers all of these doesn’t take up to 3hours My precious Gift from God arrived!!!! Haaahaa, I was thinking till like midnight or something… But my God came thru in a miraculous way!!! After almost 10 years, NOT CS, no complications, the fastest labor recorded in the clinic this year!!!!

On July 18, just a day after her delivery, Bimpe teased fans with a three-part Instagram post reading “A New Beginning… A Fresh Start… A New Chapter,” before unveiling a stunning maternity shoot. Dressed in a flowing gown and posing beside a vintage stroller, she radiated maternal glow.
This is her second child, but her first with husband Yousuph O. Ganiu, a U.S.-based movie producer. The couple had a whirlwind romance, starting conversations in May 2023, marrying in June 2023, with Bimpe joining his family as the third wife.
