Foreign-based professionals have started arriving the Flying Eagles camp ahead of the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, reports DAILY POST reports.

Aliyu Zubairu’s side set up camp in Abuja earlier this month for the second phase of their preparation.

Zubairu has extended invitation to a number of overseas-based players following the team’s disappointing outing at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations earlier in the year in Egypt.

Wilfred George, Christian Nwachukwu, Divine Onyemaechi, and Jonathan Spiff Asuzu are expected in camp this week.

The Flying Eagles are expected to travel out of the country next month for the final phase of their training.

They are drawn in Group F with Colombia, Norway, and Saudi Arabia.

The competition will run from September 27 to October 19.
