The best XI was announced at a gala in Manchester on Tuesday night.
Nottingham Forest’s Matz Sels has been picked ahead of David Raya.
The back four is made up of William Saliba (Arsenal), Gabriel Magalhães (Arsenal), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), and Milos Kerkez (Bournemouth).
Declan Rice (Arsenal), Ryan Gravenberch (Liverpool), and Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool) are the three midfielders that made the cut.
The attack includes Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest), Alexander Isak (Newcastle United), and Mohamed Salah (Liverpool).
