Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano has provided updates on AC Milan and Bayern Munich deals for Chelsea forwards, Christopher Nkunku and Nicholas Johnson, respectively.

He said that AC Milan’s deal for French Nkunku is progressing, adding that “personal terms are not an issue.”

According to him, the player is eager to join the Italian Serie A side and talks over contract are well advanced.

“Chelsea and AC Milan are discussing about transfer fee surely in excess of reported €30m,” Romano wrote on X on Wednesday night.

He said that “FC Bayern keep pushing to close Nico Jackson deal but there’s still nothing agreed with Chelsea as of tonight.”

Romano reports that Chelsea want to wait until the end of the Alexander Isak saga before picking the best option for Jackson as Newcastle United are also interested in signing the Senegalese.
