Rwanda head coach, Adel Amrouche, has named a final 24-man squad for the side’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
Amrouche unveiled a 27-man provisional squad for both games last week.
Three players, Claude Smith Kayinbanda, Djabilu Ishimwe, and David Niyo, were left out of the squad.
The Amavubi started preparations for the crucial qualifiers on Monday.
Twenty players departed Kigali International Airport for Lagos on Tuesday morning.
They will connect a flight to Uyo later tonight.
The quartet of Phanuel Kavita, Bonheur Mugisha, Jojea Kwizera, and Clement Buhake will join the rest of the team in Uyo.
Rwanda occupy second position in Group C with eight points from six games.
Amrouche’s side will be up against the Super Eagles in a matchday seven encounter at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Saturday.
