“We will Kidnap President Tinubu soon” – Terrorist Commander brags

An alleged terrorist commander has issued chilling threats against Nigeria, vowing to target military officers, state governors, and even President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following recent school kidnappings in Kebbi and Niger states.

Terrorist Boasts About Recent Abductions

In a video shared by an X user @chuks, the terrorist wearing what appeared to be a Nigerian military jacket boasted about the group’s recent kidnappings of schoolchildren.

Claiming that the government has failed to protect its citizens, he said:

“Everyone has woken up. We kidnapped school students in Kebbi State and Niger State. Next time, we will be kidnapping Nigerian military officers and taking them to the forest.”

Threats Against National Leaders

Pointing to his military-style jacket, the alleged commander stated:

“Look at the clothes I’m wearing — they belong to a soldier. Nigeria, in the days ahead, we will kidnap a governor, we will kidnap the President, and others.”

He insisted that citizens cannot rely on authorities for protection and urged Nigerians to seek divine protection instead.

Recent Attacks on Schools

The video comes days after terrorists stormed St. Mary’s Papiri Private Catholic Secondary School in Agwara Local Government Area, Niger State, on 21 November.

Sources confirmed that the attack, which occurred between 2am and 3am, resulted in the abduction of over 100 students and teachers.

Kebbi School Abduction Preceded Niger Attack

The incident in Niger State follows the abduction of about 25 female students from Maga Comprehensive Girls’ Secondary School in Kebbi State on 16 November.

One staff member was killed, and a school guard was injured during the attack, which occurred early in the morning as students were preparing for their daily routines.

Fear and Chaos Grip Communities

The repeated attacks have left communities in terror, with schools becoming high-risk targets.

The militant ended his video by greeting his followers on social media, saying;

“No one among the big men can wipe your tears. We have woken up. I greet all of you on social media. Have a pleasant day.”
