The Jigawa State Governor Malam Umar Namadi has relieved Aminu Dauda, Special Assistant to the Governor, office of the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs of his appointment.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim.
The statement said the termination of the appointment is with immediate effect.
The statement directed the former Special Assistant to immediately hand over all government property in his possession to the office of the Secretary to the State Government.
The reason for termination of his appointment is yet unclear.
