Social media conversations have intensified following a public call-out involving content creator Kolu, Nigerian music star Davido, and comedian-singer Carter Efe.

According to Kolu, the issue began after he requested what he described as his “share” of the ₦20 million Davido allegedly gifted Carter Efe to support him during his early rise to fame.
Kolu claimed he felt sidelined and unfairly treated despite what he says were his contributions to Carter Efe’s journey.
The allegations have sparked divided reactions online. While some social media users argue that the matter is strictly between Kolu and Carter Efe, others insist that transparency is important when large sums of money and creative collaborations are involved.
On the other hand, critics have faulted him for taking the dispute public, stressing that personal disagreements should be resolved privately.
