
A woman has raised concerns online after an unpleasant experience at Cold Stone, Admiralty, where she claims the ice cream sold to her was spoilt and emitted a strong, unpleasant smell.
According to her, staff allegedly asked her to try other flavours to confirm if the ice cream had gone bad, a move she described as “ridiculous.”

The woman shared that she noticed the foul smell immediately upon receiving her order, prompting her to question the quality and safety of the products being sold at the outlet.
She emphasised that such incidents could be dangerous for customers and reflect poorly on the brand.
