- A resurfaced video of social media personality and self-proclaimed relationship therapist, Blessing CEO, has once again placed her at the center of public debate—this time, over a statement many found both startling and deeply troubling.
A throwback video of self-acclaimed relationship expert and social media personality, Blessing CEO, has resurfaced online, sending shockwaves across social media platforms and sparking renewed controversy over her views on relationships and marriage.
In the now-viral clip, Blessing CEO boldly declared:
“I don’t snatch husbands. Instead of me to snatch your husband, I will put you six feet and collect him.”
The video, which recently made its rounds on Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter), has been drawing mixed reactions from Nigerians. While some netizens dismissed the statement as typical “Blessing-style cruise,” others described it as dangerous and deeply insensitive.
This isn’t the first time Blessing CEO has made headlines for her controversial takes. In 2023, she was widely criticised for encouraging women—especially “street girls”—to snatch men from other women if those men were being “mistreated” in their relationships. According to her then:
“Overtaking is allowed. If you don’t treat your man well, someone else will.”
Many Nigerians were outraged, accusing her of promoting immorality and glorifying infidelity.
Interestingly, that same year, she surprised fans by attending Shiloh 2023, a major Christian gathering hosted by Winners’ Chapel, where she expressed that she was “tired of wayward life” and prayed to find a husband. That public act of repentance had many thinking she was turning a new leaf.
But with this resurfaced video, it appears her past words continue to follow her, casting doubt on her sincerity and reigniting debates over the influence of social media personalities on relationship standards.
