Veteran Nollywood actress Toyin Adewale has caused a buzz online after hopping on the viral Nicki Minaj pose challenge that has taken over TikTok and Instagram.
The challenge, which resurged recently, is based on a 12-year-old pose from Nicki Minaj’s 2013 music video with Lil Wayne. The iconic shot features Nicki squatting with her legs crossed, and fans and celebrities alike have been trying to replicate the daring pose.
Toyin, who is also the mother of Nigerian singer Mayorkun, took to Instagram to share her own humorous spin on the challenge. In her video, she posed gracefully while seated on a chair with her legs crossed — clearly referencing the viral trend.
In her caption, she wrote:
