NPFL: Emeka Nwokeji parted ways with Remo Stars

Emeka Nwokeji has parted ways with the reigning Premier Football League, NPFL, champions, Remo Stars.

Nwokeji leaves the Sky Blue Stars following the termination of his contract.

The left-back joined Remo Stars from the Nigeria National League, NNL side Sporting Lagos, at the start of last season.

His time in Ikenne was cut short due to injury.

Nwokeji managed only eight appearances for Remo Stars last season.

He is expected to seal a move elsewhere before the start of the 2025–26 season.

Nwokeji previously played for Rangers, Kwara United, and Warri Wolves.
