Nigeria’s D’Tigers continued their impressive performance at the 2025 Men’s AfroBasket courtesy of an emphatic 87-66 victory over defending champions Tunisia on Friday.

D’Tigers started the game on the front foot establishing a 10-0 lead and closed the first quarter 29-16.

They maintained their performance in the second quarter, and further widened their lead 48-33.

Tunisia attempted to fight back in the third quarter but Nigeria kept the momentum going to lead 68-47.

D’Tigers completed the job in the fourth quarter to win 87-66.

The West Africans will take on Cameroon in their last group game on Sunday.
