Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has claimed the size of his squad is “not healthy”.
Guardiola was speaking after they hammered Wolves 4-0 in their Premier League opener on Saturday.
Erling Haaland scored a brace, with further goals from new signings, Tijjani Reijnders and Rayan Cherki.
But Guardiola is not happy with the number of players available to him and is looking to offload some.
He said: “[It’s] too much — too many people.
“I like a deep squad to compete in all competitions, but I don’t want to leave players at home.
“It’s not healthy. You cannot create a good vibe or atmosphere to compete.”
Guardiola added that he expects the players and their agents to find solutions “in the next two weeks.”
