The Nigerian international registered both a goal and an assist in the encounter.
Uche set up Adrian Liso for the opening goal just two minutes after the restart.
The 22-year-old then doubled the advantage in the 72nd minute.
Getafe currently sit fourth in the league table.
The Azuolones will face Sevilla in their next fixture.
