Public commentator Joe Igbokwe has claimed that the unruly behaviour of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, during his trials was unparalleled.

Igbokwe, a staunch critic of the secessionist, alleged that his properties in Anambra State were destroyed by Kanu’s group.

Kanu’s terrorism-related trials at the Federal High Court, Abuja, concluded on Thursday with his sentencing to life imprisonment.

In a post on his official Facebook page on Friday, Igbokwe decried Kanu’s behaviour while in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, Abuja.

He wrote, “The way our man has been abusing everybody, including the judges, DSS, police, etc., frightened me.

“I have never seen the kind of impunity and abuse in any court in this country since I was born. The madness and body language no get Part II.”
