He disclosed this while addressing journalists after inspecting the ongoing construction of expressway from airport to Kuje and Kuje to Gwagwalada roads.

The Kuje expressway is expected to be completed before May, next year.

However, Wike said: “I told you that we will soon start commissioning and flagging off of projects in the school system, it’s quite huge, we want to take some time to rest and continue.

“Development is not a one day thing, it’s a continuous process, so anyone we will tackle, we will tackle to the end while we have the opportunity, when another person come; he will continue from where we have stopped.

“What is basic for us is assuming these infrastructures were provided before now, we would have gone beyond this but the reasons are expectant because they never thought these kind of projects would go on in their lifetime.
