A section of the project from Ring Road I to Arterial Road N20 (Solomon Lar Way) within Katampe District was earlier completed and commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as part of activities marking his administration’s second anniversary.

Another segment, stretching from N20 to Ring Road II, is currently being executed under the Jahi District Infrastructure Project.

This leaves the remaining undeveloped stretch from Ring Road III to Arterial Road N40, which will ultimately connect to the access road leading to the Renewed Hope Estate in Karsana District.

The portion of Arterial Road N16 under ongoing development cuts through the Gwarinpa Housing Estate. Once completed,

It is expected to significantly ease movement and improve access for residents of Bunkoro and Wupa Districts, as well as the bustling Sector Center E a major commercial and social hub comprising Gwarimpa II (C03), Kafe (C05), Wupa (C15) and Bunkoro (C18) districts within Phase III of the Federal Capital City.
