
A man has sparked controversy online after sharing his frustration over being asked to pay N35,000 for a taxi ride to a hotel located just outside an airport.
In a post on X, he lamented the cost, noting that he was not a celebrity and could not justify such an expense.

According to his post, the exorbitant fare left him shocked, forcing him to consider walking to the hotel instead.
The man also called on the immigration authorities to intervene, expressing frustration that he was being charged such an exorbitant fare despite the hotel being so close to the airport.
