Two ladies have gone viral on social media after sharing a shocking experience from a night out in Lagos that quickly turned into a hard life lesson.
In a video shared by @ChukEricE on X (formerly Twitter), the ladies narrated how a man approached them, admired their dresses, and asked if they were open to going clubbing, which they agreed and followed him.
At the club, the vibe was lively. The man claimed he was a politician and warned them not to record him, saying people knows him.
Shortly after, he began spraying them heavily. According to the ladies, he sprayed so much money that they recorded videos as evidence.
Around 4 a.m., the man suggested it was time to leave. Sensing he might want to take things further by moving to a hotel, the ladies politely declined and said they needed to go home and rest. He reportedly agreed without any argument.
However, the situation soon took an unexpected turn.
The ladies said they were later approached by the club manager, who wanted to speak with them about becoming PROs for the club, complimenting their beauty and vibe.
While stepping aside to talk to the manager, they took their phones and dropped their bag with the same man. When they returned, the man had disappeared and so had all the money he sprayed them.
They were left shocked and devastated after realising he had quietly taken everything and left. To make matters worse, they later discovered he was allegedly someone’s serious boyfriend.
The incident sparked mixed reactions online. One user wrote, “Men dey Lagos, honestly.” Another said, “Imagine spraying money and packing it back.”
