Emma Watson has received a six-month driving ban in the UK after exceeding the legal penalty point limit due to a recent speeding offence.

The 35-year-old actress, widely recognized for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, was clocked driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on July 31, 2024. At the time, she already had nine penalty points on her licence, and the latest violation added three more—bringing her total to 12, which triggered the automatic disqualification.
