In her post, she highlighted her frequent reminders to her colleagues to avoid excessive overtime and ensure they take sufficient breaks.

However, she recounted her own unexpected collapse during a night shift, leading to her hospitalization in the cardiology ward.

She stated, “Not me advising my fellow Nigerians abroad, especially in the UK, to rest, and I ended up collapsing on a night shift and spending days in a cardiology ward. I learned the hard way. Please look after yourself!”

She continued to emphasize the importance of self-care and adequate rest.

As her post gained traction online, many concerned individuals flooded the comments section to share their thoughts and well-wishes.
