Inter Miami captain, Lionel Messi, has bought UE Cornelia.

Messi had completed a deal that gives him 100 percent ownership of the Spanish third division team.

This means the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner is now the outright owner of the club.

UE Cornellà currently sit third in their Tercera División group, five points behind leaders Manresa.
