Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has admitted that he is sad to see Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola leave England.

Merson stated this in his column for Sportskeeda ahead of Manchester City’s final Premier League tie with Aston Villa on Sunday.

Guardiola will leave Man City after their last game of the season against Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium.

The encounter will be his last as a manager of the club, ending his 10-year stay at the Premier League giants.

“This will also be Pep Guardiola’s last game [Man City vs Aston Villa] for Manchester City.

“He’s an absolute legend, and I’m really sad to see him leave England. No doubt that he will be a big miss for the Premier League.”
