‎Nigerian rapper, CDQ has opened up about his culinary skills, revealing  the amount he charged Davido as a private chef.

‎On the Jbrandy Entertainment podcast, CDQ disclosed that Davido requested his culinary service, for which he charged the DMW record label founder $10,000.

CDQ Opens Up On Culinary Skills

‎According to the rapper, the incident unfolded while he was in Dubai.

‎During the interview, he revealed that fellow industry colleagues, D’banj and AY Makun visited his apartment and commended his culinary skills after having a taste of his meals.

Additionally, CDQ offered his perspective on the trend of artists exiting record labels upon achieving fame.

CDQ’s Rise To Fame

It would be recalled that in August 2023, CDQ was involved in a car accident in Lagos that resulted in his hospitalization.

‎Notably, CDQ began his rise to fame in 2013 after signing with Masterkraft’s General Records.

‎In a livestream with Carter Efe, CDQ revealed that he moved his mother and siblings to Spain after his first hit.

‎”My family had been staying with me for over 7 years. I moved my mother and siblings to Spain the very moment I got my first hit. The moment I got my first bread, I moved them out of Nigeria”, He stated.
