The reality star addressed her three-year probation finally coming to an end, stating that she initially had no idea what she was up against and how her case was one of the longest for a first-time offender.
Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested in 2023 for domestic violence involving an altercation with her former boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, during which she pleaded guilty to aggravated assault as part of the plea deal.
The media personality took to social media to speak on her experience during that period of her life, attaching AI-generated pictures of herself to a very lengthy caption. According to her, all her probation officers have commented on her case being one of the longest probation periods for an offense of her nature.
Taylor continued that “back then I wasn’t even aware of what DV was” and what the legal process for it entailed until she got “stuck” in the “sneaky cycle,” and by then it was too late to do anything.
“I don’t care if you see me as the villain or victim. This all surfacing the way it viciously and vindictively did has been hell on earth, and if I didn’t have the support I have, I don’t think I would have made it through,” the reality star stressed.
She then concluded her post with a dig at those who masterminded her probation episode and arrest, declaring that they had “failed to destroy” her and ironically also got her “freed.”
Taylor also noted that the duration of her legal debacle has also uncovered those who are truly knowledgeable about the process in front of the whole world.

Taylor’s comment section went agog with encouraging words from her close friend and fans who advised her to keep the momentum while commending her strength.

“I get it. Brain fog from that abuse is so real, and when it finally lifts, you can think clearly again. I’m so happy it’s behind you,” one more fan emphasized.
Taylor, however, caught flak for her choice of A.I. generated pictures, as fans wondered why she would opt for that when she had much more good-looking real images of herself.

The media personality’s response followed a petition filed on behalf of Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services asking a juvenile court to determine whether her three children are abused, neglected, or dependent. The agency also sought protective supervision and the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent the children.

“Facilities are not just for substance. I just want you guys to know rehabs are not only for that. There are a list of reasons why people go into them,” Taylor stated. She added that it was her choice to go ahead and get decompressed, as she condemned those judging her for putting herself first as cruel.
Her stay in the treatment center introduced her to some good antidepressants, noting that she is now being forced to address it due to the unhealthy obsession about it by the media and her ex’s decision to reference it. Taylor confessed that her trip to the facility was under the radar initially for the safety of her children and those around her.
