Brooks Nader had some explaining to do while looking stunning in a white dress!

The 29-year-old reality star and model stepped out in Saint-Tropez during a night out on Monday, August 31, but a bruise on her body caught fans’ attention.

Nader went partying with her sisters, Mary Holland, 27, Grace Ann, 26, and Sarah Jane Nader, 24. For the occasion, the “Baywatch” star stunned in an all-white dress that hugged her body like a glove. It had short sleeves, a backless style, and big cut-outs along her hips that bared the bruise.

On her Instagram Stories, Nader reposted the paparazzi shots posted on Instagram by Virtual Reali-tea, and explained that the bruising was caused by “low iron.”

Fan Reactions

Nader’s bruise definitely got her fans talking. While the model’s could be due to an underlying health issue, a fan commented, “Not me having the same bruise every day of my life cause I hip check every door knob or counter top I’ve ever come in contact with.”

Another user noted it looked like a “4 leaf clover mid tatt removal,” while another person wrote, “Looks like bite marks to me.”

Apart from the bruise comments, Nader also got some negative ones. “She used to be a plus size model.
Until she found Ozempic,” one Instagrammer stated, to which a fan remarked, “At least she’s totally open about that.”

Brooks Nader’s Sister Revealed Her Use Of Ozempic

In 2024, Nader had hinted at trying Ozempic, a medication used to help control blood sugar and slow digestion. It was approved in 2017 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in adults with type 2 diabetes, while some doctors prescribe the medicine to patients for weight loss.

The “DWTS” alum, along with her sisters, seemingly revealed a surprising secret about her weight-loss journey in a viral TikTok trend in which users perform a mock chase of a “suspect” by describing them with shocking facts.

In a video of them partaking in the trend, Nader ran near a swimming pool while one of her siblings joked about her recent transformation from behind the camera.

“Suspect randomly lost 20 pounds,” her sister said while following her. “Says it’s from working out, but she got on Ozempic.”

Following the accusation that she used the Type 2 Diabetes medication, Nader appeared shocked and pleaded with her sister, saying, “Don’t! Don’t!”

Admitting To The Usage

During episode 7 of the Nader sisters’ new reality series “Love Thy Nader,” the Sports Illustrated model’s sisters began to worry about her after noticing a decline in her health. After almost passing out during a brand deal with a workout class, Nader admitted that it was a side effect of a medication she had been taking.

“I typically micro-dose GLP-1, this weight loss drug,” she explained. “But now since I have Maxim coming up, and I’m probably gonna be half-naked, I’m upping my dose a little because I want to be extra snatched. But at the same time, the symptoms of the weight loss drug, they’ve gotten a lot worse recently.”

After the exercise class, the siblings found Nader in the bathtub struggling to stay awake.

“She didn’t eat last night and she didn’t eat anything today,” Grace Ann, said, adding, “There is an enormous amount of pressure in the modeling industry in order to be a working model. I’ve felt it, everyone’s felt it. But Brooks puts an unrealistic amount of pressure on herself in order to maintain her appearance.”

While Nader said “it’s not that big of a deal,” her siblings, who had a psychologist mediate the situation, didn’t buy it.

“Why do you think I’m on GLP-1?” Nader asked, then explained, “Because every job I do, it’s like you have to fit into a certain standard and a certain measurement, and they’re straight up measuring my hips for all these new fashion jobs I’m getting into in Paris and Milan. There’s requirements I don’t meet. And I know how vapid this industry is and if I say no to it, they’re just going to pick someone else.”

She continued, “My career has just started to take off, and I don’t think that it’s a coincidence that it just started to take off once I altered myself and lost weight, fixed my nose,” adding, “All the things my team told me I needed to change, I did.”

Nader started her modeling career in 2017, when she left a full-ride scholarship at Tulane University in New Orleans. She then moved to New York, where she started with hand-modeling gigs before landing a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot.
