Long before CeCe Rose became an online sensation and started receiving unusual dating offers, she almost made a decision that could have dramatically changed the image millions of followers now recognize.
In an exclusive interview with The Blast, the 26-year-old creator opened up about considering a breast reduction as a teenager, her unexpectedly fast rise online, and why becoming the internet’s idea of the “perfect girlfriend” has not changed what she actually wants from a relationship.
Rose’s chest developed rapidly during her early teenage years, growing from roughly a B cup to a DDD over the course of one summer. She eventually reached her current G-cup size.
However, before she embraced it, Rose seriously considered changing it.
“I was debating a reduction at like 14, 15, when they first started growing,” she told The Blast.
Her mother would not approve the procedure while Rose was underage, instead telling her she could make the decision herself after turning 18.
Years later, once Rose’s online career had taken off, her mother jokingly revisited their old conversation.
“Aren’t you glad you didn’t get a reduction now?” Rose recalled her asking.
These days, the creator says she is no longer considering surgery.
“I just don’t feel like they’re an issue anymore,” she explained. “I’ve learned how to manage them.”
Rose has also become considerably more comfortable with her body since those teenage years. She now jokingly calls her chest her “best accessory” when styling certain outfits.
“I do love them too,” she said. “It’s not just my fans.”
CeCe Rose’s Road To Online Fame Began With A Difficult Childhood
The success Rose enjoys today arrived remarkably quickly online, but her work ethic was developed years before social media became her career.
Rose told The Blast she was heavily bullied growing up and eventually stopped attending school. By 16, she had moved away from home and was working to support herself.
Her first job came at 15 at an independent ice cream and doughnut shop, where she eventually became a manager. She later worked for a barbecue company despite being vegan at the time.
“If I’m awake, I could be working to earn money,” Rose recalled of her mentality during that period.
When the pandemic gave her more time to experiment with social media, things changed rapidly.
Rose says she had posted only around five TikTok videos when her account reached 100,000 followers. Instagram Reels subsequently exposed her content to an even larger audience.
She eventually launched an OnlyFans account and says the financial impact was almost immediate. According to Rose, her first two weeks generated more income than an entire month at her previous jobs, while the following month surpassed what she had previously made in a year.

Despite her growing audience, Rose made a decision that she believes helped shape her relationship with fans: she did not hand her account over to an outside management agency.
“I want my fans to know it’s me,” she explained. “I want to be connected to them.”
Rose believes that direct interaction contributed to the “girlfriend” appeal that followers increasingly associated with her.
“I think it’s just because I’m myself on there,” she said. “You’re getting me, you’re getting CeCe, you’re not getting an agency.”
Rather than limiting interactions to carefully constructed online content, Rose says she shares mundane details from her everyday life, whether she is discussing breakfast or telling subscribers what she plans to eat for dinner.
That accessibility has led some fans to label her “wifey material.”
It has also generated propositions that go considerably beyond ordinary fan messages.

One of the strangest arrived early in Rose’s online career when wealthy parents allegedly contacted her about dating their son.
“My son has no prospects, but he’s a good guy. Can we fly you out to date him?” Rose recalled the message saying.
The family even floated the idea of giving her an allowance, but Rose never got to the point of discussing how much money might be involved.
Her immediate reaction was considerably less romantic. “I remember just looking at it and being like, ‘I’m going to get killed,’” she told The Blast.
Rose declined the invitation, but that was not her only unconventional proposition.
She says someone claiming to be a Dubai prince also approached her with a marriage proposal, allegedly offering her the opportunity to become royalty and retire.
Rose turned that down, too, but the attention has not been limited to anonymous admirers. The creator claims that recognizable musicians, athletes, and actors have privately contacted her over the years, though she has declined to reveal their identities.
She stressed that not every celebrity interaction was romantic, with some online conversations eventually developing into friendships.
Celebrity Attention Hasn’t Changed What CeCe Rose Wants
For all the attention surrounding her online persona, Rose says celebrity status carries little weight when deciding whether someone could actually become her partner.
“Status and symbol and celebrity doesn’t mean they’re a good partner for me,” she explained. “I want to meet someone naturally and be like, ‘Oh, we hit it off.’”
At the moment, Rose is not actively dating. Instead, she says her attention is on her career, family, and friendships.
If a serious relationship eventually develops, however, she does not intend to keep it hidden from her audience.
That openness fits with what Rose believes has made her online career work in the first place.
Despite fans building a “perfect girlfriend” image around her, she insists she has never deliberately manufactured a character to attract followers.
“I’ve never posted or talked about something that wasn’t actually me,” Rose told The Blast.
For someone whose career grew from letting millions of strangers into pieces of her everyday life, authenticity remains central to Rose’s approach.
