Taylor Swift’s star-studded wedding to Travis Kelce drew attention not only for the celebrities who attended but also for those who didn’t.

Among the most talked-about absences were Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, longtime members of Swift’s inner circle who were nowhere to be seen during the Madison Square Garden celebration.

Now, the couple has resurfaced in Los Angeles, marking their first public sighting since their absence reignited speculation about where their friendship with the newlyweds stands.

While questions continue to swirl about their relationship with Swift and Kelce, Miles Teller and Sperry appeared focused on each other during a recent outing in Los Angeles.

According to the Daily Mail, the couple looked relaxed and affectionate as they spent time together over the weekend.

Sperry was seen wrapping her arm around her husband as they walked side by side, while Teller embraced a laid-back look featuring a Harley T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.

At one point, the actor was spotted carrying his wife’s burgundy handbag, adding a sweet touch to the casual outing.

Sperry kept things equally low-key, showing off her toned midriff in a fitted gray T-shirt paired with light-wash jeans. She completed the look with sunglasses and her hair pulled back into a ponytail.

The renewed attention surrounding Miles Teller and Sperry comes months after reports suggested the couple would likely skip the wedding altogether.

As The Blast reported, tensions allegedly built behind the scenes. Sources claimed Sperry felt Swift was no longer prioritizing their friendship, while another insider alleged that people close to Swift and Kelce had grown “annoyed” with Teller and his wife as the group drifted apart over differing “lifestyles.”

The reported issues reportedly extended beyond the women. One source claimed the situation eventually affected the men as well, with Kelce allegedly making little effort to repair the growing divide.

Their absence became even more noticeable because the couple had once been part of some of Swift and Kelce’s biggest moments. The last time Teller and Sperry were publicly photographed with the pair was in February 2024, when they joined Swift in her VIP suite while celebrating Kelce’s Super Bowl victory.

Months before the wedding, Teller was asked whether he and his wife planned to attend. Rather than offering a definitive answer, he told Parade, “I don’t know. That is gonna be, I imagine, one impressive wedding.”

He added, “But yeah, just very happy for them. I’ve known Trav for a while, too, and I think they’re having a blast. That’s the point.”

Miles Teller’s Swift Video Role Gains New Attention

Questions about where Teller stands with Swift today have inevitably sent fans back to one of the most public collaborations they ever shared.

Years before rumors of distance emerged, the 39-year-old and his wife were featured prominently in Swift’s 2021 music video for “I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version).”

The video, directed by Blake Lively, cast Teller as the groom, whose wedding Swift repeatedly interrupted. In a twist that delighted fans, Sperry played the bride, letting the real-life married couple share the screen.

The visual became one of the most talked-about releases from “Red (Taylor’s Version)” and marked Lively’s directorial debut.

The collaboration showed a friendship that had already been growing for years. Swift had attended the couple’s wedding celebrations from afar, sent them flowers after their marriage, and later spent time with them at concerts, award shows, and private gatherings.

While headlines have recently focused on his personal life and celebrity friendships, Miles Teller quietly scored one of the biggest business victories of his career in 2026.

The actor was among the celebrity investors behind The Finnish Long Drink, the rapidly growing canned cocktail company that agreed to be acquired by Mark Anthony Group, the company behind White Claw.

Reports valued the transaction at more than $325 million, turning the sale into a major moment for the brand and its investors.

The news immediately sparked speculation about whether Teller might scale back his Hollywood workload after the lucrative deal closed. The actor quickly shut down those rumors.

“All I’ll say is that I’m not retiring from acting anytime soon,” he told The Hollywood Reporter after the sale became public.

Rather than stepping away from acting after his business success, Teller appears to be entering one of the busiest stretches of his career.

One of the biggest titles on that list is “Paper Tiger,” director James Gray’s crime drama starring Teller alongside Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson.

The film debuted at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, where it generated significant attention and marked another major collaboration for the actor.

The story follows two brothers whose pursuit of the American Dream pulls them into a dangerous scheme involving the Russian mafia. Critics and festival observers singled out Teller’s performance as one of the film’s standout elements.

Beyond “Paper Tiger,” Teller remains connected to discussions surrounding a possible continuation of “Michael,” the Michael Jackson biopic in which he portrayed attorney John Branca.

The Hollywood star also remains attached to the animated feature “The Ark and the Aardvark,” giving him projects across multiple genres.
