Deputy Senate President, Barau I. Jibrin, who also chairs the Senate Committee on Constitution Review, is presiding over the Northwest zonal public hearing on constitutional amendment in Kano.
Delegates from Kano, Jigawa, Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara states are attending the session, which just got underway.
