Controversial singer Portable has publicly pleaded with Nigerians to help him reconcile with his wife, Bewaji, following fresh drama involving one of his baby mamas.
During a live session on TikTok, the singer said he is no longer under any outside influence and has fully returned to his wife.
In his words, he said:
“Please, everyone should help me beg Bewaji not to be angry with me. Her husband is back to her. All the jazz that the other lady used on me is over.”
Portable insisted that this is the time for his wife to turn her back on him and not push him away now that he’s now hers fully.”
The Zazu crooner also emphasised that Bewaji remains his only recognised wife, while others are not.
“She is my legal wife and I can’t marry any other lady. The rest are baby mamas.”
He revealed that he has relocated Bewaji from Sango for security reasons. Portable admitted to having children outside his marriage and asked for forgiveness, attributing it to the demands of his lifestyle.
The statement has sparked mixed reactions online. Some Nigerians urged Bewaji to forgive him and move on, while others criticised Portable for normalising infidelity.
This follows an online drama between him and one of his baby mamas, Ashabi, which drew Bewaji into the heated exchange.
As usual, Portable has once again found himself at the centre of public attention, mixing apology, controversy, and confession in one statement.
