Ademola Lookman will be looking to win his first trophy with Atlético Madrid when Colchoneros take on Real Sociedad in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday (today).

The encounter is slated for the Estadio de la Cartuja.

Lookman joined the Red and Whites from Serie A side, Atalanta in January, and has quicky established himself as key player at the club.

The Nigeria international has so far registered six goals and four assists in 17 appearances across all competitions for Atlético.

Lookman also played a crucial role in Diego Simeone’s side run to the final, scoring vital goals in the wins over Real Betis and Barcelona.

The winger has two goals and two assists in three appearances in the Copa del Rey.

He has only won one title at the club level in the past, the UEFA Europa League with Atalanta in the 2023/24 season.

Atlético will be gunning for their 11th Copa del Rey title, while Real Sociedad will be aiming for a fifth crown.
