Manchester United icon, Patrice Evra, has once again ridiculed Arsenal following their defeat in the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.

He shared a video featuring the trophy, accompanied by MC Hammer’s well-known track ‘U Can’t Touch This’.

Mikel Arteta’s team reached the final this season but succumbed to a 4-3 defeat in the penalty shootout against PSG.

Kai Havertz put Arsenal ahead in the match, but a penalty from Ousmane Dembele equalized for the French team.

During the shootout, Nuno Mendes had his attempt saved by David Raya. However, Eberechi Eze and Gabriel Magalhães both missed their shots, allowing the Ligue 1 team to secure back-to-back championships.

Evra shared a video of himself dancing to ‘U Can’t Touch This’, noting that while Arsenal may have clinched the Premier League title, they would not be winning the UEFA Champions League for another 50 years.

This is not the first instance of the former defender teasing the Gunners. He also posted a video after their loss to PSG in the UEFA Champions League semifinal last season, stating:

“I feel sympathy for Arsenal; I believe people are being excessively harsh on them. I have great affection for Arteta; he is a good friend. The issue does not lie with Arsenal’s players, but rather with their fans, who tend to believe anything.

“I would even go as far as to say I am uncertain about conducting business with an Arsenal fan, as they tend to make many promises that are never fulfilled… It’s all in good fun; people claim I am anti-Gunners, but I have a fondness for Arsenal; one cannot despise their own children, it is simply impossible.”

Evra has faced Arsenal 21 times throughout his career, achieving 13 victories and suffering only four defeats. The Frenchman has also scored once against the Gunners while playing for Manchester United and provided one assist, both in the Premier League.
