He continued, sharing that the octogenarian is approaching OF on her own terms and creating a space that feels personal, authentic, and completely true to her.

The “Knots Landing” actress was 54 when her daughter came into her life, and she recalled being told she was “going to be too old [to] have a little toddler running around” by people at the time.
Despite the remarks, Mills went on with her decision, telling PEOPLE, “I never felt older than the other mothers who were probably in their 20s.” The actress shared that having her daughter at 54 was the perfect timing and advised other women who are career-oriented to focus on building their careers before venturing into motherhood.
